They can't be harmed by their elements, and are actually living magnets for their elements. When the boys are together they are able to look into the future, though they must be in contact of some sort and each see a different type of future. Kolt will see the "good" future while Kaleb will see the "bad" future. Tends to take a lot of energy out of them. Can also teleport various distances but behaves nearly the same way as their future sight.

Personality:
Kolt- he is more of a dark fire in his sense of temper and glum moods.He does enjoy a laugh and is highly protective of Kaleb. He is soft spoken and tends to keep to the background of things. He is the older of the twins and isn't afraid to admit it either. His impatiences tends to get the best of him at times. He isn't the best at talking to new people, or people in general. Outside of school and in the confines of his home he actually seems happy. He smiles and is willing to talk and not just mumble, its only in the presence of those he doesnt know does he become the quiet side.He actually shows his voice when he is defending his brother. It's one of the only times one sees his inner anger and his violent streak.
Kaleb-he could be considered more like a ray of sunshine in as compared to his element type. He is rather chatty And can be a bit on the loud side if you don't grab his attention after a while. He is hyper like a puppy most of the time and is known to be extremely random. He seems to show most of his emotions clearly on his face, but he actually hides all of his darker feelings. When he's alone or only in the presence of his twin he will show his bottled up depression and sometimes violent anger. He can be a bit of a cryer at times, mainly in the confines of his room. He has extreme self confidence issues even though he seems to have a very inviting personality.

Kolt- channeling heat energy, summoning the power of the sun to rain fire down on his targets, agility, and creating large flame vortexes.
Kaleb- channeling fire, summoning a massive thunder cloud to rain down near floods on his target, high healing magic, and creating shields out of water and ice.
Weaknesses:
Kolt-his channeling ability isn't as strong when it's rainy or humid, he tires fast when using massive amounts of magic, and letting his rage take complete control to set everything in sight ablaze.
Kaleb- his channeling ability is weakened when there is a lack of water in the air or around him, loses his touch with reality easily when using massive amounts of magic, and completely losing control of his element causing tidal waves of rain to drown anything that is around him.
Both have a connection to the other that when one of them is wounded, the other feels it and if it's strong enough, be inflicted with the same wound.

History: the twins were born in up town new York living in a community of magic families that had survived the Salem witch trials. They ended up moving around once everyone learned the twins had an extremely strong bond made from their blood and magic abilities. The bond is so strong that it could actually kill them when they get older. The older generation wanted to divide them with a ritual, but it would have left them emotionless. Their parents couldn't stand for that and left as soon as possible. The twins ended up befriending Indigo when they had to get some of their clothes refitted at her mother's tailoring shop. They all connected right away. They were separated when the twins had to move after their 15th birthday. They settled into an older, yet rather large house in town and started going to Somber High. They were ridiculed at first but the students slowly warmed up to them. It was when they started to train in their element that things changed some. They stayed away from others and stayed close to each other. This brought up the rumors that they were in and incest relationship. 2 years later Indigo moved into town and the trio finally had life in their eyes and no longer looked so miserable. To this day there are still accusations, but the twins were able to finally work through it and show how wrong these students were.
